Terms of use

1. Service

HourBoost.uz connects your Steam account to our server and keeps the games you choose in an "in game" state, so Steam counts the playtime. The games themselves never launch. Plan hours are spent by real time.

2. Account and balance

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your account secure: never share your password.

Balance is topped up through the administrator and can only be spent on plans on this site. Plans are paid from balance and start right away.

3. Steam account

You connect Steam by QR code, or with your login, password and Steam Guard code. Connection data is stored encrypted on the server and used only for boosting. We never change your password, make trades or move money. You can disconnect the account in the panel at any time.

Using Steam is subject to Valve's rules. The decision to use an outside service is yours. Actions Valve takes on your account are outside our control.

4. Refunds

If a plan does not start because of a platform fault, or hours are spent by mistake, the matching amount is returned to your balance within 3 days. Hours already spent are not refunded. Send requests via Telegram within 14 days of purchase.

5. Inviting friends

A friend who signs up with your link gets 10% extra hours on their first plan. For every plan they buy, 10% of the price is added to your balance. The bonus cannot be withdrawn as money and can only be spent on this site.

Self-referrals, several accounts of one person and other abuse earn no bonus, and bonuses may be cancelled.

6. Restrictions

Using the service to access other people's accounts without permission, for fraud, or to attack the system is forbidden and can lead to the account being blocked.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Steam outages, maintenance and rule changes are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

8. Privacy

We store account data (nickname, email if given), sign-in history, IP address, balance operations and boost data (Steam login, chosen games, encrypted session). Data is used to run the service and keep it secure, and is never sold. You can ask for deletion via Telegram.

9. Cookies

The site uses cookies needed for your sign-in session, language and security. No advertising cookies are used.
