Questions and answers
The most common questions about Steam hour boosting.
Is it safe for my Steam account?
Yes. We use Steam's standard sign-in, the same way other apps connect. We don't touch game files or inject any code. The easiest way to connect is QR, so we never need your password.
Can I get banned for boosting hours?
No. The games are not actually played, only the playtime goes up. Nothing happens inside the game, so VAC and other anti-cheat systems are not involved.
Do I need to keep my PC on?
No. Boosting runs on our server. After you press Start you can close the browser and shut down your PC. Hours keep adding up 24/7.
Can I play games while boosting?
Yes. When you launch a game on Steam, boosting pauses automatically. With auto-resume on, it starts again on its own after you close the game.
Can I boost several games at once?
Yes, up to 30 games at the same time on one plan, so you build hours across your whole library.
How are plan hours counted?
Your plan is charged for the time boosting runs, not per game. If 3 games run together for 1 hour, 1 hour comes off your plan and each game gets 1 hour.
How do I pay?
You top up your balance through Telegram: message our admin and pay with HUMO, UZCARD, Visa or Telegram Stars. Once the balance is in, a plan is one click away and shows up in your panel right away.
How do I connect my Steam account?
In the panel press Connect Steam and scan the QR code with the Steam app on your phone. You can also connect with your login, password and Steam Guard code.
How does stopping at a goal work?
Set a number of hours in the plan settings, for example 500. Boosting runs that long and stops on its own, so no hours are wasted.
What do I get for inviting a friend?
A friend who signs up with your link gets +10% hours on their first plan. You get 10% of every purchase they make added to your balance.
When can I disconnect my account?
Any time, right in the panel. You can also sign out of all devices in your Steam settings.
How do I activate a code?
Enter it in the "Have a code?" box in your panel or on the Plans page. The hours go into a new plan or the plan you pick.
