Is hour boosting safe? An honest answer

17.10.20262 min read

This deserves a straight answer, because it is about your account.

VAC and anti-cheat

VAC and other anti-cheat systems check programs running inside a game. Hour boosting never launches the game client or touches game files. Steam only sees "this account is in this game right now". That is why boosting has nothing to do with VAC.

Steam rules

Showing as "in several games at once" is something Steam itself supports, and idle programs have been around for years. Still, Steam rules limit sharing account access with others, and nobody can make promises on Valve's behalf. Using the service is your decision.

What we do

  • We recommend connecting by QR, so you never type your password for us.
  • The Steam session key is stored encrypted on our server.
  • We never change your password, move money or make trades.
  • You can disconnect the account in the panel at any time.

What you can do

  • Keep the Steam Guard mobile authenticator on.
  • After the boost, you can press "Sign out of all devices" in Steam.
  • Only use the official site hourboost.uz. We never ask for your Steam password on Telegram or through friends.

Your games won't boost themselves.

Connect Steam and pick your games. Hours add up on our server day and night, even with your PC turned off.
